Job Summary
Lead and support maintenance operations across multiple shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Act as a working supervisor for complex repairs beyond team capability while training and developing technicians to improve team capability and reduce dependency. Coordinate with vendors to source parts, equipment, and solutions as needed. This day shift position with occasional overtime for urgent maintenance issues offers hands-on work with direct impact on plant performance at a client focused on operational excellence and minimizing downtime.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
- Day shift position with occasional overtime required for urgent maintenance issues
