Job Summary
Lead and supervise the maintenance department in a manufacturing environment, plan and direct maintenance activities, drive safety and continuous improvement initiatives, investigate accidents and complete reports, coach and evaluate staff, conduct shift meetings, ensure equipment reliability, and collaborate with management on production needs and uptime metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Technical certificate, associate degree, skilled trade with two years’ experience, skilled trades with two years supervisory/leadership experience or four years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with strong mechanical aptitude. Lean manufacturing experience a plus. Bachelor’s/Associates degree in Business Management, Operations, Industrial Leadership a plus.
