Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties responsible for preparing market-ready apartments, completing resident service requests, and performing a range of maintenance functions including plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, caulking, and snow removal. Oversees grounds and common areas, responds to on-call emergencies, and ensures compliance with state/local housing laws and safety standards. Delivers high-quality resident service, supports budgeting and reporting of maintenance activities, and represents the company professionally while traveling between properties and supporting property teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
- 3+ years of related maintenance experience
- EPA 608 – Minimum Type II
- CPO or local city required certificate
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to read and interpret housing laws, codes, and policies
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 100 pounds as needed
