Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for preparing market-ready apartments and delivering quality resident service. Tasks include plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, cleaning, grounds and common-area upkeep, on-call emergency procedures, and adherence to housing laws and safety standards. Role supports Cushman & Wakefield’s service delivery through maintenance work, preventative scheduling, reporting, training participation, and professional representation of the company to residents.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or Trade/Technical/Vocational training
- EPA 608 Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate
- 3+ years related maintenance experience
- Valid Driver's License
