Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor overseeing multifamily property upkeep for Nova Ridge Apartments; accountable for move-in quality, resident satisfaction, timely service, and adherence to housing laws. Responsibilities include preparing market-ready apartments, performing/overseeing plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and life-safety tasks; responding to service requests; scheduling preventive maintenance; maintaining grounds and common areas; on-call emergency procedures; and ensuring compliance with safety and housing codes while delivering professional, customer-focused service. Must support a flexible schedule (including Sundays) and travel between properties as needed; requires ability to perform physical tasks and operate standard facilities equipment; EPA 608 Type II or equivalent certification and valid driver’s license are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or trade/technical/vocational training
- EPA 608 Type II certification or CPO or local city required certificate
- Valid Driver's License
