Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily properties responsible for preparing market-ready apartments, completing resident service requests, and maintaining grounds, pools, and common areas. Applies plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, caulking, housekeeping, and seasonal tasks; performs on-call emergency procedures; ensures compliance with housing laws and safety standards; schedules preventative maintenance and communicates issues affecting budgets; requires valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
- 3+ years of related experience
- EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate
- Valid Driver's License
