Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily responsible for preparing market-ready apartments, performing maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs, managing resident service requests, scheduling preventative maintenance, and ensuring safety and compliance across properties. Requires knowledge of state/local housing laws, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, valid driver's license, and ability to travel between properties; role demands strong customer service, on-call readiness, and ability to lead maintenance activities while upholding safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
- EPA 608 – Type II or CPO or local city required certificate
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of maintenance trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, painting, carpentry
- Experience with life safety codes and compliance
- Ability to travel between properties 10% of the time
