Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor oversees on-site multifamily maintenance at Park At City West: prepares market-ready apartments, responds to resident service requests, and performs diverse maintenance tasks (plumbing, pool/A/C/heating, carpentry, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal) while ensuring safety and compliance with housing laws. Responsibilities include grounds upkeep, on-call emergency procedures, preventative maintenance scheduling, and liaising with property management to control costs. Requires 3+ years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver’s license. The role may involve travel between properties and standing for extended periods; familiarity with safety policies and ability to interpret basic measurements and graphs is expected.
