Job Summary
Directs all aspects of property maintenance for a multi-family portfolio across multiple sites, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance; prepares market-ready apartments after turnover; supervises maintenance staff; prioritizes work orders and schedules; controls expenses and inventory; ensures safety programs, PPE usage, and adherence to standards; conducts regular inspections; responds to resident service requests and on-call emergencies; collaborates with Site Management on hiring, training, and performance reviews; and coordinates with Community Manager on expenditures and life/safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience is preferred.
- Prior Supervisory experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license in good standing is required for this position, as regular travel between multiple sites is part of the role.
