Maintenance Supervisor - Multi-site

Oversee all phases of maintenance for a multi-family property across Elan/Sunrise-managed communities in Solana Beach and Del Mar, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency work; direct and train maintenance staff, plan and assign work schedules, and manage inventory and safety programs; complete market-ready unit preparations (painting, cleaning, repairs) within 3–5 days after turnover; perform appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pool/spa, and carpentry tasks as needed; conduct regular inspections to ensure clean, safe, well-maintained communities; respond to resident service requests promptly and handle on-call emergencies; coordinate with Site Management and Property Manager on budgets, repairs, and safety compliance; maintain accurate records, adhere to PM directives, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws; travel regularly between multiple sites with a valid driver’s license.}
