Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor at a multi-site, multi-family property portfolio overseeing all aspects of property upkeep across Elan Beachcomber, Sandrock Place, and Terraza La Jolla. Directs preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance; coordinates painting, carpet cleaning, and unit turnovers within 3–5 days post-vacancy; supervises maintenance staff; manages work schedules, inventory, and safety compliance (PPE, gas/electric shutoffs, life/safety checks); performs and/or coordinates move-in/move-out inspections; responds to resident service requests and emergencies; conducts regular community inspections to ensure a clean, safe, well-maintained environment; maintains preventive maintenance directives and records; manages expenditures with Community Manager approval; ensures adherence to Fair Housing laws and company policies; requires 1+ years maintenance and supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license for travel between sites; hourly pay range $27.00–$33.00 DOE.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience is preferred.
- Prior Supervisory experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license in good standing is required for this position, as regular travel between multiple sites is part of the role.
