Maintenance Supervisor (Multi-Site) - Medical Center area

Maintenance Supervisor oversees technical and mechanical work across a Greystar community, handling resident service work orders, overseeing and completing make-ready tasks for vacant units, and ensuring cleanliness, safety, and quality of common areas, grounds, and building exteriors. Responsibilities include diagnosing defects, performing repairs, coordinating vendors and contractors, managing pre-move-out inspections and punch lists, maintaining inventory, supporting budgeting and cost-control efforts, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and safety regulations. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, property management maintenance experience, EPA certifications for HVAC work (Type I/II or Universal), a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with basic tools, customer service, and data management.
