Job Summary
Hands-on Maintenance Supervisor leading a multi-site maintenance team to oversee daily maintenance tasks, develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/plumbing issues, and manage vendor coordination and budgets. Requires proven maintenance supervision experience, strong building systems knowledge (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Certifications in HVAC or electrical are a plus. This role emphasizes proactive maintenance leadership, safety compliance, and continuous improvement to keep facilities in top-notch condition.
