Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance for hourly staff, develops and schedules work orders/work packages, and leads planning with operations to maximize maintenance efficiency. Responsibilities include ensuring safety and policy compliance (lock out/tag out, hot work, confined space), providing first-line supervision and technical guidance on in-plant equipment, managing CMMS and MOC, coordinating preventive maintenance, procuring materials, and generating KPI data for reports. Requires strong leadership, communication, and training skills to develop the workforce and improve maintenance operations at the Morton Salt site.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year technical degree
- Five years of experience working in an industrial maintenance environment
- One to three years of industry planning and scheduling experience
- SAP experience
