Job Summary
Oversee daily maintenance of plant equipment, supervise hourly staff, develop and manage work order planning using CMMS, coordinate scheduling with operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance (lock out/tag out, hot work, confined space), train staff, manage MOC, procure materials, support KPI reporting, and participate in outages and on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year technical degree, required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferred
- Five years of experience in industrial maintenance
- One to three years of industry planning and scheduling experience
- SAP experience
