Job Summary
Lead safety, quality, and line efficiency for assigned shifts while managing the daily meeting system and execution plans through the maintenance and repair cell. Direct teams including contractors and operations personnel to drive MTTR improvements, oversee preventive maintenance programs, and ensure GMP compliance in tooling and workshop management. Resolve union conflicts professionally, support recruitment interviews, and provide technical training to enhance team capabilities and root cause analysis effectiveness. Maintain end-to-end operation understanding to prioritize line readiness and avoid production delays.
Required Qualifications

- Lead & manage the Daily Meeting System for maintenance department

- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance in tooling and workshop management
- Lead mean time to repair (MTTR) improvement agenda

- Get end to end operation and process understanding
- Lead Preventive Maintenance (PM) execution agenda within a shift
- Lead all type of planned or unplanned maintenance program within a shift
- Provide on-time feedback from Preventive Maintenance (PM) execution to update Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans in Systems, Applications and Products (SAP)
- Prioritize and execute all PM's related to Safety and Quality abnormalities within a shift
- Lead Preventive Maintenance (PM) execution in small group activities
- Support breaks down analysis and actions implementations to improve the lines performance
- Ensure on time start-up
- Prioritize end to end line readiness base on production priorities
- Proactive optimization of cost-effective Maintenance and Reliability (M&R)
- Proactively evaluates and leads refinement of overall equipment reliability plans
- Proactively evaluates and leads refinement of strategies, equipment performance and root cause analysis effectiveness
- Ensures all employees under his/her direction clearly understand all safety rules and regulations

- Minimum 3 years of experience in direct supervision of engineering/maintenance/production staff in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with Union employees
- 5 days on, 2 days off 12-hour shift
- Typically, shifts run from 6:00pm to 6:00am
Desired Qualifications
- Preference is a bachelor's degree in engineering or 5 years of experience in relevant field
