Maintenance Supervisor (Milk)

Lead a multi-skilled maintenance team at the San Leandro milk plant, executing daily maintenance and prioritizing work orders to protect service levels and product quality. Own preventive and predictive maintenance for ammonia, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and packaging systems while coaching techs, creating safe job plans, and verifying food safety compliance.
