Maintenance Supervisor

Manage maintenance and project activities for calibration and facilities, including process optimization, troubleshooting, and client facility oversight to minimize downtime and reduce equipment costs. Coach direct reports on maintenance management, develop strategies to improve preventive maintenance across multiple locations, and lead operations improvement projects. Oversee facilities contracts for janitorial, pest control, doors, elevators, and fire systems while identifying cost improvement opportunities. Requires pharmaceutical industry environment exposure. Bachelor's degree in science or engineering required; MBA, MS, or ME preferred.
