Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of technicians/maintenance specialists to operate and maintain facility systems, including refrigeration and mechanical systems, troubleshoot and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, read blueprints and electrical schematics, manage onboarding and coaching, and drive continuous operations with safety and regulatory compliance while monitoring KPIs and departmental budgets.
