Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor role on-site at The Upton Apartments. Lead a maintenance team to complete service requests and unit turns efficiently, troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems, keep the community safe and fully operational, manage make-ready inventory, coordinate vendors, control costs, and set high standards for quality, speed, and professionalism while working hands-on in the field with the team.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of apartment maintenance experience (including work orders and unit turns)
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Strong skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
- Ability to lead by example and hold a team accountable
- Organized, reliable, and solutions-driven mindset
