Manage general repairs, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, and emergency fixes across building grounds. Oversee landscaping, equipment ordering, deliveries, and appliance moves while maintaining records. Lead staff development and training, ensuring team organization and customer service standards. Apply HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool maintenance expertise to resolve issues and support budgetary control. Requires on-call availability and weekend flexibility.
