Job Summary
Lead, coach, and schedule maintenance technicians to support operational requirements while managing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and uptime. Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and inventory levels, implementing continuous improvement initiatives and conducting root cause analysis to reduce downtime. Oversee capital and operational projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution, while coordinating internal and external vendors and contractors. Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout requirements, and safety standards across all facility activities. Utilize maintenance management systems to track work and performance outcomes, communicating project updates and risks to leadership. This on-site role requires occasional travel and flexible hours to accommodate business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a technical field
- 5+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- 4+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate different business needs
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
