Job Summary
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing maintenance on production and facility equipment to ensure uptime and address quality and production issues through continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include repairing and rebuilding electrical and mechanical components, conducting routine maintenance, and supervising shift mechanics. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED, with 3-5 years of electronics troubleshooting experience in an industrial environment preferred, alongside knowledge in PLC programming, AC/DC drives, and automated systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years electronics troubleshooting experience in an industrial environment preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both in person and written
- Ability to use a computer and electronic equipment
Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- PLC/HMI programming experience
- Knowledge of A/B and Siemens PLC's
- Knowledge of AC/DC drives
- Knowledge in induction heating and welding equipment
- Knowledge in Servo Drive Systems
- Knowledge in automated packaging systems and/or robotics
- Knowledge in 3-phase power systems
