Job Summary
Supervises and coordinates maintenance of plant equipment across the location(s); coordinates with plant/location managers and VP for approvals; requisitions tools, equipment, and outside services; inspects work areas and schedules to determine resources; enforces safety regulations and interprets company policies; plans and implements equipment upgrades and maintenance, analyzes problems, and trains workers in equipment operation with supervision of maintenance staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant lead role AND 5 years of maintenance experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: BFS safety training
