Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor oversees a maintenance team to repair and maintain property facilities and apartment units, respond to service requests promptly, and ensure market-ready units meet leasing demands. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising maintenance work orders, coordinating with vendors/contractors, conducting regular inspections (move-in/unit and safety checks), maintaining preventative maintenance schedules, keeping accurate maintenance logs, ensuring safe work practices and OSHA compliance, managing on-call emergency requests, and preserving property grounds and common areas. Must possess knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and related trades; prior supervisory experience preferred; EPA license and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) required. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Three to five years of experience in facility maintenance and mechanical repair
- EPA Type II or Universal license
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
Desired Qualifications

- Bilingual – Spanish is a plus
- Trade school and military training are a plus
- Three to five years of experience in facility maintenance and mechanical repair
