Job Summary
Conduct interior and exterior rounds to assess building systems, structure integrity, and grounds. Perform preventative maintenance tasks and execute routine repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, drywall, and snow removal. Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly on schedule while maintaining accurate records for work orders and apartment status. Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff. On-call rotation required. Must be EPA certified with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairs and snow removal
- Must be able to perform electrical repairs
- Must be able to perform plumbing repairs
- Must be able to perform HVAC repairs
- Must be able to perform carpentry repairs
- Must be able to perform painting repairs
- Must be able to perform dry wall repairs
- Must be able to perform snow removal
- Must be able to perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Must be able to conduct interior and exterior rounds
- Must be able to maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, work-in-progress, apartment make-ready status
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
- Must be able to perform on call rotation
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be EPA Certified
Desired Qualifications
- Trade school certificate(s) in electrical, plumbing, maintenance
