Job Summary
Lead maintenance operations at a residential community in Long Beach, overseeing onsite maintenance staff, assigning work orders, and ensuring high-quality, safe living environments. Perform advanced hands-on maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry), manage vendor work, oversee make-readies, assist with budgeting, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations. Requires EPA Universal Certification; HVAC certification is a plus; English fluency and a valid driver's license; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications

- EPA Universal Certification
