Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee the Maintenance Department by managing building and maintenance works such as bathroom adaptations, kitchen installations, decorating, void works, and small refurbishment projects. Monitor health and safety performance while supervising trades and sub-contractors. Conduct surveys and provide estimates for ongoing projects. Maintain client relationships and support marketing efforts using building surveying experience. The role involves regular site travel within one hour of Peterborough. Full driving licence is essential.
