Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and repair of all Lightshare facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and compliant environment for staff and clients. Develop preventative maintenance schedules, conduct routine inspections, and manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems. Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards. Coordinate with external vendors, obtain quotes, and manage cost-effective repairs and projects while overseeing facility improvements and emergency responses. Track maintenance supplies, control costs, approve purchases, and maintain work order logs to provide regular reports on facility status. Ensure all properties meet state, local, CARF, and OSHA regulations, addressing hazards immediately and implementing corrective actions.
