Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance technicians, reviewing and verifying work requests, scheduling maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include managing maintenance budgets, conducting emergency repairs, maintaining spare parts inventory, and ensuring scheduled preventive maintenance. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent experience, along with at least 3 years of relevant field experience. Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency with maintenance management systems are essential for success in this role.
