Maintenance Supervisor - Lease Up

Job Summary
Conduct prompt service calls, manage apartment turns within three to five business days, and perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs. Oversee common area maintenance, pool upkeep, and maintenance shop organization while training staff and approving contractor work. Lead preventive maintenance programs, conduct weekly community inspections, and manage move-out assessments with video documentation. Maintain accurate records of property information and supply orders, ensuring compliance with EPA and Fair Housing laws. Work on-call rotations and weekends as determined by the Property Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage
- Possess effective time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to change in a composed manner
- Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality
- Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to communicate clearly with the residents
- Ability to work cooperatively and in a teamwork environment
- Willing to work on-call hours and on weekends as determined by Property Manager and incorporated into work schedule
- Willing to travel for training and education seminars

Desired Qualifications
- EPA certification preferred
- If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date
