Maintenance Supervisor - Lease Up - The Wilds at Cedar Mountain

Job Summary
Perform general and higher level maintenance service including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC. Respond timely to resident service requests and participate in preventative maintenance for pools, exterior lighting, filters, and apartment inspections. Manage inventory of supplies and equipment owned by the property, maintaining a clean work area. Work on an on-call basis including weekends and nights with an on-call bonus. Use various hand tools and test equipment while bending, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods. Lift up to 100 pounds and push up to 300 pounds on wheels. Climb ladders up to 40 feet in height and use a hand-truck to make ordinary apartment homes spectacular.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years maintenance experience in the multifamily industry
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal)
- Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation
- CPO certification (if required in the state and location applied)
