Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and pool equipment. Coordinate and direct the maintenance team on assignments, monitor progress, and provide coaching while ensuring all safety processes and equipment are followed. Ensure team members have complete instructions, supplies, and tools to complete tasks efficiently. Maintain a safe working environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
- Three years' experience in apartment maintenance
- HVAC Certification
- Valid driver's license required
