Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor for a 368-unit residential community in Dallas, TX. Day-to-day duties include scheduling work orders, responding within 24 hours, preventative maintenance, direct supervision of in-house and/or vendor staff, ordering supplies and tracking inventory, coordinating apartment turn efforts, assisting with renewal and leasing efforts to meet financial goals, and interviewing/hiring/training maintenance personnel. Qualifications include EPA Universal and HVAC certifications, 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience, 1-2 years supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license.
