Maintenance Supervisor

Maintains and supervises maintenance operations for a 325-unit residential community in Fort Worth, TX. Responsible for scheduling work orders and responding within 24 hours, performing preventive maintenance, supervising in-house and vendor crews, ordering supplies and tracking inventory, coordinating apartment turnover, and supporting renewal and leasing efforts to achieve financial goals. Oversees interviewing, screening, and training of maintenance staff and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. Requires EPA Universal and HVAC certifications, refrigeration certification (preferred), and 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience with 1-2 years of supervisory experience; valid driver’s license; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
