Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor at American Landmark’s The Archer, a 376-unit community in San Antonio, TX, responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance operation, scheduling and following up on work orders within 24 hours, overseeing preventive maintenance, inventory and supplies, coordinating apartment turns, supporting leasing and renewal goals, and hiring/training maintenance staff; requires 3+ years in apartment maintenance with 1-2 years supervisory experience, EPA Universal and HVAC certifications, and a valid driver’s license (Spanish bilingual preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 3 years+ Apartment Maintenance experience
- 1-2 years maintenance supervisory experience
- EPA Universal certification required
- HVAC certification required
- Refrigeration certification and basic business finance knowledge is preferred
- Irrigation knowledge
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
