Job Summary
Lead, train, and supervise the onsite maintenance team at a residential community in Las Vegas. Perform hands-on maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry while managing work orders, daily schedules, and performance reviews. Oversee vendor coordination, make-ready turnovers, and contribute to maintenance budgeting and cost control. Ensure high-quality workmanship and safety standards, respond promptly to resident maintenance needs, and participate in rotating on-call emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification
- HVAC Certification required for Nevada
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Two to three years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role in a residential property setting
- Experience supervising one or more employees
- Advanced hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
