Job Summary
Maintain the physical condition of the interior and exterior systems and machinery of the community campus as directed by the Director. Complete work to personalize and maintain apartments to delight prospective residents. Assist residents with simple requests or find appropriate associates to assist. Learn resident preferences to provide exemplary customer service and enhance satisfaction. Model pride of ownership in community appearance and support open communication among associates. Schedule is full-time, 8am to 4:30pm with one weekend day. Requires high school graduation, three to five years of supervisory experience, and mechanical skills; HVAC certification is desirable. Includes free meal per shift, healthcare benefits, 401k matching, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Three to five years' experience as a supervisor and/or in a maintenance lead role
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- successfully passing a drug screen
- successfully passing a job specific-related physical
- successfully passing a TB test
- successfully passing a background check
