Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

Comply with all Health & Safety rules and immediately report deficiencies or hazards. Adhere to company procedures and work instructions while ensuring proper tools are used and non-conformances are reported. Maintain accountability for maintenance schedules and productivity, assigning work and providing technical guidance to team members. Ensure all tasks meet specifications, tolerances, and quality standards, then submit shift documentation and report issues with detailed timelines and costs to the Plant Manager or QC Manager. Operate small-scale equipment and maintain conveyors, hoppers, pits, and related equipment in a clean, orderly condition. Train and support other employees as needed, return tools to proper locations, and perform other duties assigned by the Plant Manager. This hands-on role supports daily maintenance and welding activities within the facility, requiring a high school diploma, four years of maintenance or welding experience, and the ability to read shop drawings in a heavy industrial environment.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 4+ years of Maintenance, fabrication, and/or welding experience in a manufacturing or precast environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe boots
  • Ability to work in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work with regular exposure to dust, noise, extreme temperatures, and moving machinery
  • Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Ability to work in elevated areas
  • Ability to work outdoors
  • Ability to work in person
