Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Comply with health and safety rules, report hazards immediately, and adhere to all company procedures for maintenance and operations. Assign work to team members, maintain accountability for schedules and productivity, and ensure tasks meet specifications, tolerances, and quality standards. Operate small-scale equipment, maintain conveyors, hoppers, pits, and related equipment, and train employees as needed. Submit shift documentation and report maintenance issues with detailed timelines and costs to the Plant Manager or QC Manager. Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 4+ years of Maintenance, fabrication, and/or welding experience in a manufacturing or precast environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe boots
- Ability to work in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
- Ability to work with regular exposure to dust, noise, extreme temperatures, and moving machinery
- Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to work in elevated areas
- Ability to work outdoors
- Ability to work in person
