Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Comply with all Health & Safety rules, immediately report hazards, and adhere to company procedures for maintenance and operations. Assign work, guide the Maintenance Team, and ensure tasks meet specifications, tolerances, and quality standards. Maintain accountability for schedules and productivity, complete shift documentation, and report issues to the Plant Manager with detailed timelines and costs. Operate small-scale equipment and maintain conveyors, hoppers, pits, and related equipment in a clean, orderly condition. Train and support other employees as needed, ensuring all tools are returned to proper locations. Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment with regular exposure to dust, noise, and moving machinery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of Maintenance, fabrication, and/or welding experience in a manufacturing or precast environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
