Job Summary
Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations; develop and implement procedures, ensure safety and regulatory compliance; coordinate and prioritize maintenance to minimize downtime; inspect facilities and equipment; lead and develop a maintenance team; collaborate on maintenance projects and upgrades; maintain maintenance records and budget; monitor industry trends to optimize maintenance management.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage
- Proficiency in project management principles and practices
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to effectively manage a team
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
