Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for planning, prioritizing, assigning and supervising facility maintenance tasks; developing maintenance methods and schedules; handling emergency after-hours repairs; contributing to maintenance policies; coordinating training in facility maintenance and safety; planning daily tasks and delegating to Maintenance Technicians; maintaining preventive maintenance standards; inspecting building systems including elevators, fire alarms, security cameras and sprinkler systems. Strong ability to coordinate maintenance activities, manage safety procedures, and oversee preventive maintenance programs in a food processing facility.
