Job Summary
Oversee maintenance operations for a multi-unit property (high-rise/mid-rise) in Kirkland, WA. Supervise maintenance staff, coordinate punch lists and make-ready schedules, manage vendor bids and contracts, perform minor repairs, and ensure timely service requests and move-in readiness. Lead on-call emergency maintenance, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal while leveraging Yardi or similar property-management software. Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills required; weekend/holiday on-call availability expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance
- Current driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
- Working knowledge of Yardi or other property management software preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and multi-task
- Ability to lead maintenance staff and provide ongoing training
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
