Job Summary
Manage the maintenance team to ensure physical properties meet established standards by troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions with a customer service attitude. Oversee repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and exterior structural areas. Recruit and maintain relationships with vendors while prioritizing independent work and emergency on-call commitments during summer and fall turn seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance/Service Manager or equivalent supervisory position
- Conventional experience
- Self-starter who has a strong eye for detail
- Ability to recruit new vendors and establish long-term relationships with new and current
- EPA certified and strong HVAC skill set
- Commitment to Emergency-On-Call (EOC) participation
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and prioritize
- Commitment to Emergency-On-Call (EOC) participation and overtime commitment in Summer/Fall turn season
- Background checks
