Job Summary
Direct employees and outside contractors on apartment renovations, structural repairs, and ground maintenance for a 327-unit community. Obtain bids from vendors, order supplies, and inspect completed work against specifications. Analyze production schedules to estimate worker hours and adjust procedures to meet timelines. Assist with maintenance budget planning and participate in after-hours and emergency coverage as assigned. Requires related property management experience, all trades knowledge, and ability to work weekends and overtime. Full-time role (30-40 hours) with competitive compensation including 401(K) match, bonuses, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must have related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor
- Must have experience in all trades
- Must have excellent written, communication and computer skills
- Past supervisory experience a must
- Current driver's license and auto insurance required
- Must be able to work weekends and overtime as job requires
- Must be able to complete a successful background screen
- Must be able to pass a drug test
