Job Summary
Direct employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs, and ground maintenance. Obtain bids from vendors, assemble and analyze proposals, and order supplies and equipment. Inspect facilities, equipment, and completed work for conformance to specifications while studying production schedules to estimate worker hours. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet schedules and suggest changes to increase crew efficiency. Assist the Property Manager in planning and administering the maintenance budget. Participate in after-hours and emergency coverage as assigned. Requires related property management experience, all trades knowledge, past supervisory experience, and a current driver's license. Full-time role with 30-40 hours weekly, $35/hour base pay, and weekend/overtime eligibility.

- Must have excellent written, communication and computer skills
- Past supervisory experience a must
- Current driver's license and auto insurance required
- Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires
- All positions contingent on completion of successful background screen and drug test
