Job Summary
Supervise maintenance teams for repair, installation, and upkeep of plant equipment, facilities, and utility systems. Plan, assign, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion. Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime while troubleshooting issues and supporting technical development. Manage procurement of tools, equipment, and supplies to drive efficient operations. Requires minimum three years of maintenance experience in poultry or food manufacturing with proficiency in refrigeration, PLCs, plumbing, welding, and hydraulics. Schedule includes Monday through Friday with occasional weekends; base salary ranges from $69,135 to $83,998.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in poultry or food manufacturing
- Experience with processing equipment and industrial maintenance systems
- Working knowledge of refrigeration
- Working knowledge of PLCs/electrical systems
- Proficiency in plumbing
- Proficiency in welding
- Proficiency in hydraulics
- Proficiency in pneumatics
- Proficiency in mechanical systems
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to support maintenance systems
- Ability to become Haz-Mat team qualified
- Monday – Friday schedule with occasional weekends
- Drug, alcohol, and background checks
- Verification of employment eligibility
