Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor assists in maintaining property conditions, establishes preventive maintenance programs, schedules and supervises personnel, prepares work schedules, and ensures compliance with maintenance policies. Requires five years of building maintenance experience and certifications in EPA and HVAC.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- 5 or more years’ experience in building maintenance
- Valid Driver's License in State
- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification
- HVAC Certification
- OSHA-10 Training
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced training or degree in building maintenance, management, construction, skilled trades or other related subject
- Administrative reporting experience with Yardi
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass a drug, background screen and physical abilities test/motor vehicle record check if required
