Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of millwrights, leads, mechanics, planners and other technicians to ensure production equipment is in top working order and to eliminate production downtime; partners with production superintendents and supervisors to ensure continuity through planning and knowledge sharing; responsible for safety, planning and implementation of maintenance projects, auditing and diagnosing complex mechanical issues, maintaining maintenance records, and driving reliability maintenance programs. Requires completion of an accredited degree program or extensive on-the-job knowledge in lieu of a degree; over 7 years of experience as a millwright; experience in a wood products manufacturing environment preferred. Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and training abilities; familiar with LOTO, Hot Work, PPE, and safety protocols; willingness for night/weekend/holiday on-call rotations.
